I am an independent celebrant living in Monton, Manchester. I am widowed and live with my son, daughter and our gorgeous cockerpoo called Fudge. The three of them keep me busy. Along side my celebrant work I work at the local hospital with long stay patients giving them holistic and beauty treatments. I have qualifications and have taught emergency life support, medical administration, health and safety and food hygiene courses to support workers and teaching staff, but have moved away from that now. It is through personal loss that I first experienced a celebrant funeral.
I got comfort from being a part of the funerals of my husband and mother and couldn’t have wished for more beautiful, loving ceremonies for their individual farewells. I now offer my services as a celebrant, with empathy that is sincere. I want you to be able to be a part of your farewell to your loved one in any way you feel you can, and celebrate their “wonderfulness.” I will listen to you and create a ceremony which will be delivered as you wish. It will be all about your loved one and how they lived, not how they died. To share your memories together with your family/friends which will help you carry forwards into tomorrow.
Please call me or email me to make arrangements for me to meet with you at your convenience or simply to find out more about a celebrancy funeral. I love my job as a Celebrant, and it is reflected in the words I will write for you. Together we will create your Wedding, Civil partnership, Renewal of Vows, Naming Ceremony or Funeral with special memories and moments that you and your guests will remember for a long time after.
I will help you to have a ceremony that brings out the best in you and you loved one with authenticity! It is a privilege to work closely with families at such a precious time in their lives. Please get in touch and I look forward to meeting with you.
