My name is Roop Mullins and I am a Family and Wedding Celebrant in Sheffield, South Yorkshire. I am a proud father to one son and have spent more than 20 years working within the entertainment and events industry through my business, Doub7e Seven Events.

Throughout my career, I have been involved in countless celebrations, including weddings, private parties and corporate events. My work has always been centred around people, and I love being part of the moments that mean the most to them. Over the years, I have gained valuable experience hosting events, entertaining guests and making people feel comfortable and welcome.

Working within the events industry has taught me the importance of making every occasion feel personal. I have met people and families from many different backgrounds, heard some amazing stories and developed a real understanding of how to connect with people and put them at ease.

This is what inspired me to become a professionally trained celebrant. It felt like a natural progression from my background in events, allowing me to work closely with couples and families to create something truly personal and meaningful. Since becoming a celebrant,

I have had the pleasure of conducting multiple weddings, each unique to the couple. One particularly memorable ceremony was a Brontë-themed wedding set on the beautiful Yorkshire coast, tailored around the couple and their chosen theme.

I have adopted the Celebrant Charter and am committed to providing a professional, high-quality and inclusive service. My approach is warm, relaxed and friendly, with plenty of personality and humour where appropriate.

Whether it is a wedding, vow renewal or naming ceremony, my aim is to create a ceremony that feels personal, memorable and completely unique to the people at the heart of it.

Roop the Celebrant provides personal, meaningful and memorable ceremonies across Sheffield, Yorkshire and beyond. I believe every couple and family has their own unique story, and their ceremony should reflect that. Rather than following a standard script, every ceremony is created around the people at the heart of the celebration.

I offer celebrant-led weddings, vow renewals and naming ceremonies, working closely with my clients to understand their story, personalities and ideas for their special day. Whether you want something romantic and traditional, relaxed and humorous, or completely different, I can create a ceremony that feels genuinely personal to you and represents who you are.
