I decided to become a Celebrant after seeing how much comfort a good Celebrant was able to bring to the family of a close friend who had passed on. I believe that I too am able to deliver the same level of ceremony to my clients.
I am a qualified wedding, family and funeral celebrant based in Somerset and I am all about celebrating love. I offer ceremonies across the Southwest of England and beyond. If you think that I’m the right person for you then I am happy to travel to be there for your special day.
Becoming a Celebrant was the result of a suggestion made to me by a friend. I have always enjoyed a wide range of community involvement.

Hi, I’m Rachel and I am a Wedding and Funeral Celebrant working in Somerset and the surrounding areas, particularly around Bristol, Bath and Wells.
I have been a teacher of music and a choir leader for many years and I love the ways in which music can express feelings and bring people together. Together with my husband Paul we write songs and music for special occasions and musicals for group performance. We run national music courses for young percussionists and french horn players, and I even, recently started a ukulele ‘orchestra’ in my local village – but that’s a whole other story.
